This new activity will include easy stretches and yoga exercises done sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. Some exercises can be done on the floor on your yoga mat. This class is a great way to start loosening up again after inactivity. The leader Linda Jeffery has extensive experience teaching in seniors, 55+ community centres and with special needs clients.
