BBQ Rental Request

Terms of BBQ Rental:

1.  The Renter/User understands and agrees that they use the BBQ’s at their own risk and are responsible for any damage they cause to the BBQ or the Community Centre.

2.   BBQs must be operated in a safe manner and be left clean for the next user.  If a BBQ is left dirty, the Renter/User may be asked to cover the costs of cleaning.

3.   If a BBQ is broken, or needs attention, report your concern to the BHCC Office.

4.   Gas Line connections MUST be left in the OFF position after each use.  If you are using the Upper Level area (outside the kitchen door), the valve is located in the kitchen, behind the stove.

5.   A refundable Key Deposit of $10.00 is required for the Renter/User to obtain the key to unlock the BBQ.  This deposit will be returned when the key is brought back to the office.

6.   Rental Fees and Key Deposits must be received in the BHCC Office prior to the event.  If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, it can be rescheduled or a full refund will be given.

7.   The Renter/User (and Group) must follow the policies as they relate to the Community Centre (see supporting documentation).

There will be a fee associated with the following rentals:

  • Rental of the Large BBQ — $30
  • Rental of the Small BBQ — $15
  • Refundable Key Deposit — $10
