Social Committee Events for 2024

Your Social Committee has been at work planning some exciting events for the balance of 2024. Following is a tentative list of what you can look forward to. Mark your calendar and watch for details in future eNEWS publications.

• Dance to the music of Beet’n Boomers – November 23, 7pm in the GR
• Festive Sing-along and Christmas Trivia – Tuesday December 10th, 7pm in the GR
• New Year’s Eve Celebration – Tuesday December 31st, time TBD, in the GR

As always, to make the events successful, we need volunteers. Some of the tasks we need help with are:

• Room Set-up in advance of the event and clean-up after the event
• Ticket sales – prior to the event
• Ticket takers at the event
• Share the Wealth ticket sellers at the event
• Food Shopping, preparation, serving on the day and kitchen cleanup after the event
• Decorating for the event

Thank you to the Social Committee members and volunteers who have helped with all the successful events so far this year. We couldn’t do it without you!
