Goal:  This class would be beneficial to people of all ages and abilities.  All that is required are comfortable shoes and clothing, a yoga mat for floor stretches or you may use provided chairs.  We will do a short warm up and then stretch the body from head to toe!

The benefits of stretching include:

  • Greater movement in joints
  • Increased circulation
  • Improved posture
  • Improved balance
  • Increased range of motion
  • Stress relief
