Class Description: Dance Fitness is a fun way to stay fit and energized. It is a high energy, low impact aerobics class based on jazzercise elements dancing to music from the 70s up to today’s popular hits. Kim Engel takes us through a warmup followed by short routines.
Things to note:

- Classes take place in the BHCC Great Room
- Dress in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers/walking shoes
- Bring a bottle of drinking water
